I bring more than 40 years of local government and real estate experience to the table in your behalf. I have served as the federal project review officer for projects throughout the 6 counties of northeastern Illinois, a member of the Oak Park plan commission, an alderman and as the Village President of our progressive community. I have major Chicago bank experience as a vice president, and am a graduate of Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School. I consistently do real estate appraisals for out-of-state mortgage companies involving property throughout the metropolitan area.
I perform both buyer and seller agency and can assist clients in the most complicated of transactions, including 1031 (Starker) property transfers.
I consistently sharpen and update my skills through classes such as the Graduate Realtor Institute and the Accredited Buyer Representative program, and regularly teach first time homebuyer classes. Presently, I serve as a Director of the Oak Park Board of Realtors and I am the Vice President of MBK.
